Just because she’s now 18 doesn’t mean MILEY CYRUS should be caught on video smoking hallucinogenic substances from a bong.
Unless, of course, it’s a calculated move by her PR agent.
A video of the Disney tween queen has surfaced as she parties hearty the week of her turning 18.
And she’s smoking something out of a bong as she giggles for the camera.
"I’m having a little bit of a bad trip," Cyrus blurts before asking, "Is that a Liam look-alike – is that my boyfriend?"
As she capriciously giggles wildly, obviously under the effect of something akin to a narcotic, Miley turns to the camera, "Is that me tripping? Does that look like Liam at all?"
The vid ends with Cyrus declaring , "I want more of that s—t!"
Reportedly, Miley was not partaking of the ganja but was smoking a "natural herb".
The herb, Salvia, is legal in California and apparently has hallucinogenic effects on susceptible starlets on slow news days.
Later, Miley’s dad, Billy Ray Cyrus Tweeted: "Sorry guys. I had no idea. Just saw this stuff for the first time myself. Im so sad. There is much beyond my control right now.”
