MAX FACTOR HEIR AVOIDED $19 MIL RAPE PAYOFF AFTER BUST BY DOG THE BOUNTY HUNTER

Kidnap and rape victim claims Max Factor heir filed for bankruptcy to avoid paying her $19 million after he was convicted of drugging and raping her.

The victim, called "Shawna Doe" in the lawsuit claimed in Los Angeles Superior Court that Andrew Luster, the heir to the Max Factor makeup fortune, filed for bankruptcy in 2003.

Luster who is serving 124 years for after being convicted on over 80 counts of rape between 1996 and 200 by doping his victims with GHB, or gamma hydroxyl butyrate aka "roofies".

The heinous heir fled to Mexico during his rape trail but was later caught by Dog The Bounty Hunter and returned stateside for punishment.

In the civil case, Luster’s victim claims he transferred assets to his Elizabeth Luster, his mother, including a Beverly Hills home, allegedly "buying 15 percent interest in the family’s investment company, Luster Investments, but failed to produce any evidence of payment" according to the lawsuit.
