Famed matchmaker sues OPRAH’s BFF GAYLE KING for allegedly reneging on delivering tubby TV titan.

Orly Hadida, famed high profile matchmaker, claims he hooked Gayle up with "attractive, fit, and wealthy men," but then in a bombshell lawsuit says King weaseled out of her promise to put her on Oprah’s TV show.

Hadida, in the legal docs, says that 2 years ago she cut a deal with Gayle to provide her with matchmaking services

According to the lawsuit, Orly waived her usual $500,000 fee to barter a deal with King.

In return Gayle promised to get Orly a guest appearance spot on "Oprah" that would’ve provided ample opportunities to attract new high rolling clientele.
Orly alleges she spent hundreds of hours hooking Gayle up with all of 5 men — all seemingly fabulous.  Reportedly, Gayle went on several dates with more than one of the men.
In May, Orly panicked, the lawsuit states, when she found out Oprah's show was biting the proverbial dust

She said she sent Gayle an email, that since wasn't going to appear on Oprah she wanted her money – for services rendered.

No money was forthcoming, Orly claimed, so now she’s suing.
