Police clear suspects in Scott Ruffalo shooting – self-inflicted death.
Police confirm Shaha Mishaal Adham, 26, is no longer in custody and has left the Beverly Hills jail where she’d been held after surrendering Monday.
Her attorney presented evidence during a five hour meeting with detectives proving Adham was innocent and that the gunshot wound was self inflicted.
He revealed that his client was witness to Ruffalo’s game of Russian Roulette and that he lost – killing himself with a gunshot wound to the head.
Adham, a friend of hairdresser Scott Ruffalo, had gone to the his condo to retrieve the keys to her SUV when she was witness to the tragedy and then panicking, fleeing the scene.
Another "person of interest" Brian Scofield was also released after turning himelf in to LAPD Monday.
Scott, the hairdresser brother of thesp Mark Ruffalo, died late Monday after being removed from life support.
