For anyone “itching” to buy Marilyn Monroe’s California home now is your chance!

The late actress’ house has hit the market for a cool $6.9M.

The Spanish-style home abode is located in the Brentwood section and is the only property she ever owned.

The sprawling estate was built in 1929, and contains two bedrooms, a guest house, and a pool — along with citrus trees.

Though the kitchen has been updated, the listing states it, “retains many of the design elements selected by Monroe.”

Debbie Reynolds: ‘Marilyn Monroe Was Murdered’

“When you walk the house and grounds, you’re immediately struck by its serenity and warmth,” said Lisa Optican, Estates Director at Mercer Vine Realty.

“Every owner who has called this property home has been drawn to the same character. The property is romantic, intimate and private.”

“Anybody who likes my house, I am sure I will get along with,” said the “Some Like It Hot” star to a Life Magazine reporter who interviewed her in the home shortly before her passing.

Monroe died in the bedroom of the house in 1962 at age 36 — just four months after moving in.

To this day, the circumstances surrounding her death remain one of Hollywood’s most fascinating mysteries.
