Malaysia gov say Avril Lavigne is just too darn hot!
Grammy nommed lit-chick rocker Lavigne planned to kick start her Asian tour in Lumpur but the
Youth wing of the Pan-Malaysian Islamic Party denounced the sex bomb’s concert saying Avril promotes negative values – just days before Malaysian independence day.
"We don’t want our people, our teenagers, influenced by their performance," stated party mouthpiece Kamarulzaman Mohamed. "We want clean artists, artists that are good role models."
Kamarulzaman sent a strongly worded letter of protest to the Culture, Arts and Heritage Ministry and the Kuala Lumpur mayor last week, demanded the "Sk8er Boi" thrush be canned.
Culture Ministry officials that vet foreign artists say they have not given permission for the concert yet.
Maybe Avril should just Phuket and go to Thailand.
