Echoing the fall that paralyzed Christopher Reeve, pop queen Madonna thrown from horse in Hamptons.
The Material Girl, 50, and Malawai tot near-adoptee was riding at the compound of friend and famed photog Steven Klein when a pap snapped her, startling the horse and sending Madge to the ER at Souhthampton hospital.
"The accident occurred when the horse Madonna was riding was startled by paparazzi who jumped out of the bushes to photograph the singer who was visiting friends on Eastern Long Island over the weekend,” Madonna’s rep Liz Rosenberg confirmed.
In 2005 Madonna survived a much more devastating throw from a horse on the estate of then-hubby Guy Ritchie, suffering several cracked ribs, a broken collarbone and damaged hand.
This time round Madonna was treated for minor bruises and then released from the hospital.
