The whistle blower who ratted out convicted financier says there’s worse baddies than baneful Bernie Madoff currently-at-large.
Whistleblowin’ Harry Markopolos who dished all the dirt to the SEC about Bernie’s Big Rip-OFF ($50 billion in fraud) gave a lecture at posh Greek Orthodox Church in Southampton. He told the still wealthy faithful there are Wall Street evil doers who make Madoff "look like small-time."
Markopolos, who predicted major financial scandals rocking the nation and Hollywood elite, told the church goers about unregulated, $600 trillion, credit-default swap market.
"It is like buying fire insurance policies from five different insurance companies on your neighbor’s house and then burning down the house," Marko divulged.
It is unknown whether Marko’s flock then emptied the collection plate, stuffing coinage back into pockets.
