Double time love child custody for MEL GIBSON enrages baby mamma OKSANA.
RadarOnline.com reports a Los Angeles judge has ordered Mel and Oksana to share visitation of their 5 onth old daughter Lucia, adhering to the aborted $20 million peace deal struck in May.
As part of that agreement, Mel's custodial rights of Lucia, totaling 20 percent, were set to increase steeply to 40 percent once Lucia turns one-year-old, on October 30.
"Oksana is furious... she is convinced Mel is not fit to be alone with Lucia," said a source.
"As the court process drags on -- and with no resolution in sight -- the one winner in all of this is Mel. Eventually he gets more of Lucia."
Oksana initially agreed to an 80-20 visitation deal with Mel, in exchange for a small slice of the star's multi-million-dollar fortune. But she reneged on the final deal, after signing it in short-form.
When the court discovered there was a settlement agreement between Mel and Oksana, the judge presiding over the case ordered it to remain in force until the matter could be sorted out.
The next major hearing for the Russkie sexbomb and explosive actor to determine custodial issues is docketed for October.
