MAD MEL OFF THE HOOK

LAPD says case is closed involving Mel Gibson‘s alleged altercation with a photog.

RadarOnline.com reports exclusively that the Los Angeles Police Department has writ "finis" to its investigation involving the Braveheart star and a fan photog who accused Gibson of ripping his t-shirt at the opening of a posh Hollywood nightclub.

Despite Mel’s refusal to talk to cops, citing he was "too busy", the law enforcement source told RADAR, "I went to the nightclub that night and talked to many witnesses, who refuted all statements made by the alleged victim."
