MILEY CYRUS made MORE than a big impression on “Two and a Half Men” Angus T. Jones when she guest-starred!
Insiders say the lovable 19-year-old actor – who plays dopey Jake Harper on the long-running show – was so smitten after meeting the former Disney cutie that he followed her around the set like a puppy dog!
“Angus was adorable,” a set insider revealed.
“He was constantly trying to get her attention. It was obvious Angus was very nervous because he didn’t know what to say when she asked him a question. But that didn’t stop him from popping up everywhere she went.”
On the Oct. 18 episode, Miley, 19, returns to the small screen to play “Missi,” the flirty daughter of a friend of Ashton Kutcher’s character Walden. And while Missi spends some time with Walden in bed, she’s actually a love interest for Angus’ character, Jake!
“Miley has been booked for a couple of episodes of the show as a romantic possibility for Jake, but Angus is telling friends he wishes she could be his girlfriend in real life!” the insider added. But off-screen Miley has been dating 22-year-old “Hunger Games” hunk Liam Hemsworth on and off since the summer of 2009, and the two announced their engagement in May.
“Miley’s not interested in anyone other than Liam, but she still thinks it’s cute that Angus is so starry-eyed around her,” said the source.
“Although Angus respects her relationship, he’s telling his friends if they break up, he’ll be there for a shoulder for her to cry on – and hopefully more.”
