Diana Bianchi, the other woman in the heated Christie Brinkley/Peter Cook divorce, has hu$h fund plugged.
According to the NY Post, Cook had agreed to a $300,000 payoff to the then teen-Diana to keep her trap shut.
Now she’s blabbed about the sex tapes Cook covertly taped of their steamy encounter, he’s cutting off the final payment.
Despite Bianchi’s lawyer Joe Tacopina threatening to get the Suffolk County DA to charge Philanderin’ Pete with unlawful surveillance Cook’s lawyer Kathleen McKenna told the NY tab that a 2007 letter Bianchi signed acknowledged she knew about the sex tape and agreed to protect Cook from any criminal charges that might arise.
Meanwhile Christie Brinkley’s lawyers head to court this week to argue that ex- hubby Cook breached their divorce settlement by gabbing with Barbara Walters in a exclusive hush-hush tell-all on ABC’s 20/20.
