Lindsay Lohan is being sued for allegedly running over a photographer. On March 13th, while in New York, Lohan was driving and got into an accident with Giovannni Arnold. Arnold filed the lawsuit in New York State Supreme Court. Arnold says Lohan was “negligent, careless and reckless” which caused the accident. A court date has not yet been set.
