LIZ TAYLOR: I WOULD’VE MARRIED RICHARD BURTON A 3rd TIME

description

Twice married to Elizabeth Taylor welsh hellion Richard Burton still haunts her dreams.

Not only does Liz, 77, keep a picture of Dick next to her bed but is firmly convinced they would’ve tied the knot a third time, says Burton’s niece Sian Owens.

‘I was in America last summer and I went to see Elizabeth," Sian told UK tab Daily Mail.

"In the house in Bel Air I saw pictures of Uncle Rich everywhere and there’s a picture of Uncle Rich that’s by her bed still.

‘She still says had he lived that they’d be back together once again – that it would have been third time lucky. They were mad about each other!

‘She believes that in the last years in their lives when everything had been toned down with the drinking and everything else, she believes that they’d be together," Sian said.

"She’s certain of that, they were soul mates."

Burton first married Liz after he stole her away from then hubby Eddie Fisher when they were shooting Cleopatra in 1964.

The hard fighting, boozy couple were married for ten years, divorced and then re-married in 1975 for a union  lasting a mere 11 months.
