Elizabeth Hurley is a backstabbing man-stealer, according to an angry former friend of the star. British actress Charlotte Lewis claims she and Hurley were once so tight they shared a night of lesbian love together — but that Liz betrayed their friendship by seducing her boyfriend.
“Do I think she’s a nice person? No, not at all,” said outspoken Lewis, 35, whose latest movie is “Henry the Tenth.” “I think she’s a nasty piece of work.
“I’m sure a lot of people know that but won’t say it.”
Before Lewis and Hurley tangled 10 years ago, they had been good friends — VERY good friends, according to Lewis, who claims in published reports that she and Hurley once made love. She says they had a lesbian tryst to please Lewis’ boyfriend at the time, William Annesley.
“I only did it to please him because I’m not gay and neither is Elizabeth,” Lewis said. “We just went through the motions.
“I think she probably did it for William’s sake as well, because she had the big hots for him.”
Then Lewis found a pair of Hurley’s silk pajamas in the bed she shared with Annesley. Devastated, Lewis reportedly put an end to the affair by shipping them off to Hurley’s then-boyfriend Hugh Grant with a note asking him to ask Liz to stop “(sleeping with) my boyfriend.”
Now another woman, Valentina Pedroni, is reportedly suffering a similar heartbreak.
Her 37-year-old husband, Arun Nayer, has been dating Hurley, 37, and has been photographed in public clinches with her.
Hurley’s reputation as a man-stealer is growing, but it doesn’t seem to bother the star, who once said:
“A bit of lusting after someone does wonders for you and is good for your skin.”
