While some celebs try to hide their plastic surgery, new mom Liv Tyler is refreshingly open about her wish to have some work done. Tyler, who turns 30 on July 1, told Allure magazine, “I’m definitely going to have some, I’m sure…Especially when you see what happens to your body after you have a baby.”
