Lockwood claims that Presley was in violation of the court when she made public the ongoing investigation of ‘hundreds of raunchy pictures and videos of children’ that were found, and that she is merely trying to destroy his reputation. He also says that Lisa Marie is far from broke and has been receiving over five million dollars a year from her family trust — while he is in dire need of financial assistance to help pay for his court costs!

‘It is particularly distasteful that (she) has placed more value on trying to damage my reputation than on the fact that her false statements may be brought to our daughters’ attention’, said Lockwood. ‘I am disgusted that (she) described unproven allegations about me…in a declaration that she filed in this court’s publicly accessible records.’
The couple’s two children were immediately placed in protective custody upon the search and seizure of Lockwood’s computer.
