description

Lindsay Lohan reached a plea deal Thursday after the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office formally charged her with seven misdemeanors stemming from two DUI cases.

The troubled starlet’s lawyer Blair Berk plead no contest on her behalf in a Beverly Hills court room. Lohan’s plea deal has her serving one day in jail, doing 10 days of community service and completing a drug treatment program.

“She’s getting what everyone else would get,” Deputy District Attorney Danette Meyers said after an hourlong hearing.

The judge just said Lohan will serve 36 months probation and attend an alcohol education program for 18 months. She’s also been ordered not to use controlled substances or associate with people with controlled substances.

Among the seven counts Lohan was charged with were two counts each of driving under the influence, driving with a blood alcohol of over .08 percent and being under the influence of cocaine. There was one count of reckless driving.

Lohan is currently at Cirque Lodge in Utah seeking treatment.
