The female passenger that Lindsay Lohan allegedly chased last month in Santa Monica has filed a lawsuit against Lohan for assault and negligence. Tracie Rice, who filed papers in Los Angeles County Superior Court, also alleges intentional infliction of emotional distress. Rice is seeking an unspecified amount in damages as well as payment for medical care.
Lohan “put me through one of the most frightening experiences of my life,” Rice said in a statement. “What Miss Lohan did that night was extremely dangerous and reprehensible. Someone could easily have been killed or seriously hurt because of her irresponsible decisions that evening.”
Neither Lohan (who’s currently in rehab) or her publicist have commented on the suit.
