Meanwhile, Lilo’s dad was arrested on charges of domestic violence.
AP reported Michael Lohan was arrested by Tampa, Florida cops on charges of domestic violence after police said he got into a physical altercation with on-and-off girlfriend, semi-fame whore Kate Major, 28.
Kate and Lohan fils hooked up after she clawed her way into the hunk of the moment two years ago, Jon Gosselin, who was at the time palling around with Lohan.
According to Tampa police, cops responded to a domestic violence call early Tuesday at Major's condo, where they reportedly heard hear a woman yelling "Stop!" and "Leave me alone."
Lohan, 51, opened the door to officers knocked and was visibly out of breath and sweating, the police report said.
"He immediately got defensive saying 'Everything is OK and nothing happened here,'" the report said.
"The victim started yelling in the background for us to help her because he was lying."
