Felonious rapper Lil’ Wayne gets a month’s reprieve from the big house to get his teeth fixed.
A Manhattan judge OK’d the "Lollip" rhymer’s sentencing until March 2 so he can jet to Miami for what his barrister calls "oral surgery".
"It’s medically necessary," Assistant District Attorney Joan Illuzzi-Orbon conceded.
Lil Wayne aka Dwayne Carter pleaded guilty last year to a felony gun rap and agreed to a year in Rikers Island after cops discovered a .40 cal semiautomatic gun in his tour bus.
Wayne who survived a 2001 shooting goes on trial in Arizona in March on a drugs and weapons charges.
The Grammy winner said goodbye to his fans in a streaming video yet the real cause of his oral malady remains unclear.
