Flamboyant showman Liberace is returning from beyond the grave!
Film director Steven Soderbergh who’s new controversial flick Che about Che Guevara toplines Benicio Del Toro announced plans to do a new Liberace biopic.
The piano loving, candelabra, glitter king of Vegas and early TV, Liberace will be played by none other than Michael Douglas, Variety reported.
Liberace who denied he was gay for years as to not disappoint his legions of middle aged femme fans died from AIDS in 1987.
Matt Damon (!) will play Lee’s lover Scott Thorson who sued the piano queen for palimony after a 5 year affair.
Now that’s a truly odd couple!
