KIRSTIE ALLEY is looking for love, and a pal says she’s planning to spend a few months in Italy to bag herself a hot European stud!
“KIRSTIE wants to rejuvenate her life with an ‘Italian’ experience,” a source close to the 62-year-old actress told The ENQUIRER.
“She thinks spending time in Italy would lead her to a sexy young man.”
The “Cheers” star has had a poor track record with American males. She divorced her high school sweetheart Robert Alley in 1975 after four years, and her 14-year marriage with actor Parker Stevenson ended in 1997. A three-year romance with actor James Wilder collapsed in 2000.
But she gushed over her “Italian men friends” in a message on Twitter after vacationing there in 2010, and in a recent Twitter message Kirstie declared that she’d like to spend half the year in the U.S. and the rest in Italy.
Pals say the talented EMMY winner has been looking for love since she turned 62 in January, and with her children – William True, 21, and Lillie, 19 – out of the house, she’s ready to spend her golden years with a partner.
“Kirstie was happy being a single mom while she was raising her kids,” said the source. “But now she’s feeling the pangs of loneliness. After working more than 30 years in Hollywood, it’s time for her to enjoy the fruits of her labor with a passionate man.”
