KIM KARDASHIAN has given birth 5 weeks early to a baby girl.
Kim, 32, gave birth Saturday morning at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles via C -section.
The delivery came one month earlier than expected.
It is unclear as to what induced the premature birth.
The Kardashian PR machine says mother and child are both doing fine.
New dad Kanye West was present at Cedars for the Caesarean delivery.
“I just don’t want to talk to America about my family. Like, this is my baby. This isn’t America’s baby,” he told The New York Times .
