Disturbing allegations in court papers: KIM KARDASHIAN suffered domestic violence at the hands of her ex-husband Damon Thomas.
The curvy realty star says that ex-hubby Thomas repeatedly beat her and demanded to know where she was every single minute of the day.
Kardashian, was just 19 when she eloped to Las Vegas and wed Thomas in 2000. They split 3 years later.
According to the divorce papers filed in 2003 in Los Angeles Superior Court, Kim said Thomas would punch her in the face, slam her against walls and then throw her across the room, leaving her bloody and bruised.
Thomas who worked with musical artists such as Pink and Lionel Richie allegedly turned Kim against her own family, forcing her to quit college and worse, the documents claim.
"Damon first hit me a few months after we were married," Kardashian says in the papers.
"One incident occurred on the day that Damon and I were going skydiving with Justin Timberlake. Before we left our home, Damon hit me in the face and cut my lip open. I fell into the bed frame and hit my knee hard.
"On another occasion, I was at my mother’s house. Damon learned that I had paged someone and demanded to know whom it was that I had called. I told him the name of my friend. He became enraged and hit me in the face. My face was bruised and swollen as a result,’ she said.
‘I thought about calling the police but was afraid and decided not to do so.’
Yet, the one who actually filed for divorce was Thomas in 2003.
Their marriage was officially dissolved in 2004 and Thomas gave Kim a one time pay-off of $56,000.
