KHLOE has filed for divorce from wayward hubby LAMAR ODOM in Los Angeles Superior Court.
The filing end four years of marriage to the former NBA-er.
Kardashian filed for divorce Friday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, citing — what else– irreconcilable differences.
She also wants her last name restored to Kardashian from Kardashian Odom.
The filing after Odom pleaded no contest on Monday to a misdemeanor drunken driving charge.
As THE ENQUIRER reported previously there had been reports of Odom, 34, abusing more than booze, creating consternation to the Kardashian brand name and widely circulated reports of cheating on the "reality" star.
The two were married in 2009 in a massive ceremony that aired for the E! network, following a speedy engagement also played out before the cameras.
