The late TED KENNEDY would be thrilled as son former US Rep. PATRICK KENNEDY and the missus are expecting a little bundle of Camelot joy.
Patrick told media that he and wife Amy Petitgout are thrilled that she’s expecting.
The baby is due in the spring, and they’re waiting to find out the sex.
Kennedy, a former eight-term congressman left office in January.
He married Petitgout in July at the Kennedy family compound on Cape Cod.
Petitgout is a middle school teacher from Brigantine, N.J., and has a young daughter from a previous marriage.
His dad, Ted Kennedy died in 2009 from brain cancer.
Patrick’s older sister Kara Kennedy died this past September, 2011.
