Kendra is so eager to raise cash she’s selling off the pricey San Diego-area condo that was featured in her “Girls Next Door” series, a source says.
The bubbly, busty beauty quickly became a fan favorite on the E! show, which centered on the lives of Hugh Hefner’s three girlfriends – Kendra, Holly Madison and Bridget Marquardt – who lived with him at the Playboy mansion.
But that show ended in 2010 after a five-year run, and things have gotten progressively rougher for the perky 28-year-old blonde and her football player husband Hank Baskett.
The former “Playboy” model’s current reality show, “Kendra On Top,” was dropped by the E! network and is now on WE.
The mom of 3-year-old son Hank also pulled out of ABC’s diving show “Splash,” citing her fear of heights. And her hubby is reportedly embroiled in legal problems over a gym where he was allegedly a partner.
So Kendra made the difficult decision to sell the condo that “Girls Next Door” viewers saw her buy and fix up with her grandfather as a real estate investment and rental property.
Kendra’s mom Patti Wilkinson recently tweeted: “Kendra is selling her townhouse in La Jolla. If interested, let me know!”
The insider believes: “Right now, Kendra is worried about having enough cash on hand. Her young family has a lot of expenses to take care of and she desperately wants to remain in the black.
“Selling the condo will at least give her a little cushion to fall back on.”
