KELLY OSBOURNE rushed to LA area hospital after suffering a seizure while taping “Fashion Police” in front of a live studio audience.
According to multiple reports, Osbourne was sitting in chair, filling in for Giuliana Rancic, while chatting with Melissa Rivers.
Suddenly, Kelly said, "I don't feel good," and fell out of her chair and started convulsing.
A member of the audience – evidently some sort of EMT — rushed onstage to help the stricken Osbourne.
An ambulance rushed to the site and Kelly– covered in a white sheet –reputedly to shield her from photogs was rushed off.
Reportedly, Kelly came out of it a few minutes later but her team wanted her hospitalized just to make sure she's OK.
She is said to be undergoing testing at a LA area hospital.
