KELLY OSBOURNE faces big bucks lawsuit after being sued by landlord who claims she let her dogs crap all over the place – reports.
The daughter of bat biting rocker Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne has a fecally challenged lawsuit on her hands according to multiple reports.
The reality show star and Fashion Police-r has been slammed with $50,000 suit over allegations she and her poochie poo wrecked the West Hollywood condo she rented until April, 2013.
In legal docs, the property's owner Arshia Refoua claims that his home was had gapingholes in the walls and there was extensive damage to the bathroom – which he claims – was due to an overflowing bathtub.
In the lawsuit, Refoua charges that Kelly destroyed the posh abode's hardwood floors by neglecting to clean up dog excrea and urine before she left the property.
As The ENQUIRER reported previously the Osbournes love their dogs – with both Kelly and her mom Sharon owning several pooches between them.
