Despite a little play called Spider-Man getting all the buzz on Broadway, KATIE HOLMES is making her starring debut on the Great White Way as a rape victim who fights back!
The former Dawson’s Creek beauty has been toplined to star as a revenge driven sex attack victim in legit shocker Extremities by playwright William Mastrosimone.
Katie will be playing Marjorie who had previously been performed by both Susan Sarandon and Farrah Fawcett.
Joining Katie in the production is actress Chloe Sevigny.
The production is slated to open sometime next year.
Maybe that’s why Katie looks so unhappy in recent pix – she’s getting into "character".
