The complaint was filed at Freeland District Court in Pennsylvania before Judge Gerald Feissner on March 28, 2011, by a company called Creative Energy Options, which is based in White Haven.
The filing is for a total of $10,476 and states:
"Unpaid balance due for services 2/4/09 to 3/23/09. Client requested Dr. Sylvia Lafair fly to Los Angeles California to perform marriage counseling then refused to pay for travel fees."
Kate and Jon Gosselin’s marriage played out on the Jon and Kate Plus 8 reality show before the couple got divorced in Dec 2009 after 10 years of marriage.
