K-Fed can’t complain about  intense media scrutiny in his kiddie battle with Britney Spears, says his attorney.

Despite being dogged by paps, TV trucks and determined journos documenting every detail, K-Fed’s actual happy about the attention.

The free publicity has saved client Federline some major coinage said K-Fed’s child custody attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan.

"Everyone who had a big toe in this case at every level followed what was going on by looking at the Web sites," he told Associated Press.

"There’s never been anything like this, and there probably won’t be for a while.

"When the media saw that here’s a guy who stepped up to the plate, not because he had to but because he wanted to they gained  respect for him," Kaplan said.

"Without the media being a willing participant, it would have been impossible."
