JULIA ROBERTS made peace with her cancer-stricken mother on her deathbed, sources said.

The “Pretty Woman” actress’ 80- year-old mom, Betty Lou Motes, lost her ongoing battle with lung cancer on Feb. 19 at St. John’s Health Center in Santa Monica, Calif.

Mom-of-three Julia, 47, moved her mother into her home after the death of her half-sister Nancy Motes, who committed suicide at age 37 in Feb. 2014.

At the time, a source told The National ENQUIRER: “Julia put an end to the years of bitterness and ill will that characterized her relationship with her mother and her late sister, Nancy.”

As The EN QUIRER has reported, Nancy attacked Julia in online posts and accused the star of bullying her about her weight. The two also fought over Betty Lou’s medical treatment.

After Nancy’s tragic suicide, a leaked YouTube video diary message seen by The ENQUIRER revealed that Betty Lou loved Nancy more than Julia and didn’t like her famous daughter.

Here’s an excerpt of their heartrending conversation: Betty Lou: “I love you more than I love anybody else in the world … but I’ll never admit it!”

Nancy: “It’s not about who loves who more, it ’s about what’s best for you, because obviously Julia and I don’t even lik e each other … I mean, I love her, she’ s m y sister, but I don’t like her.”

Betty Lou: “I don’t like her very much.”

With Betty Lou’s death, a source said: “Now all that is in the past. It’s time for Julia and her family to move on.”
