JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE’s workaholic ways are wrecking his marriage to Jessica Biel, say sources.

The “SexyBack” singer is so focused on his new album “The 20/20 Experience” and prepping for a tour with Jay-Z that Jessica is accusing him of putting his career first, the sources add.

“Jessica feels totally neglected by Justin,” said one insider.

“Between the time he’s spent in the studio finishing his album, rehearsing for his Grammy Awards performance, promoting the album and now prepping for his tour, they’ve seen each other very little since the beginning of the year.

“JESSICA HOPED THAT marriage would mellow Justin, but it hasn’t. He treats their marriage like a license to put her aside and dive into his other interests.”

In addition to his singing career, the ambitious former boy-bander is an investor in the relaunched website MySpace, was recently named Bud Light Platinum’s creative director, heads the Tennman Records label, backs a restaurant chain and has his own premium brand of tequila.

Justin, 32, and Jessica, 31, dated for five years before they married on Oct. 19 in a splashy destination wedding in Italy.

But as The ENQUIRER has reported, they were suffering post-wedding blues, battling over Justin’s wild nights out with his hard-partying bachelor pals.

THEY ATTENDED A SHOW TOGETHER during London Fashion Week on Feb. 18, but recently Justin left Jessica waiting for 20 minutes before they caught “The Book of Mormon” on Broadway.

“When Jessica confronts him about being an absentee husband, Justin bellyaches that her nagging drives him further away,” confided the source.

“Meanwhile, Jessica is fending for herself. She’s shopping, meeting girlfriends for lunch, ordering in for dinner and watching cheesy reality TV shows.

“It’s gotten to the point where Jessica refers to herself as a bored, lonely housewife. She’s just praying that once Justin wraps up his tour, he’ll start acting like a proper husband.”
