JT GETS RESTRAINING ORDER

UPDATE:  Despite judge's scolding Justin Timberlake granted restraining order against alleged stalker Karen McNeil.

PREVIOUSLY:
Justin Timberlake ordered by judge to face accused stalker.

In the case against accused stalker Karen McNeil,Timberlake's lawyer saus his work sked was too loaded to appear and that his appearance would give the stalker exactly what she wanted - face-to-face time.

"The problem you have is the burden of proof. You NEED to get Timberlake here," L.A. County Superior Court Judge David Cunningham said. "Given the elements that are necessary you're going to have to produce him... even people who are famous have to appear."

"Mr. Timberlake has never had direct contact with her," JT's lawyer said.

"She will be accomplishing what she's wanted over the years; direct contact with my client."

"Find out what date he can do it," the judge countered.

"I expect people to comply with the rules."
