JON LAWYER: MAJOR A JOKE

Jon Gosselin not losing ANY sleep over his hand written deal memo with nano-second GF Kate Major.

RadarOnline.com reports that Mark Heller, the Hawaiian Eye for the Ladies' lawyer thinks the entire case (Major is considering suing the reality dad for breach of contract,  fraud and loss and non- payment of wages) is a joke.

"Kate knows Jon Gosselin is like Obama's stimulus package," Heller said.

"Every time she needs money, she cashes in on the few days she knew Jon Gosselin."

Major created waves when she dated Gosselin for a photo-op weekend, quit her job at a gossip mag, boo-hooed everywhere and now has produced a hand written agreement signed by Jon she's using to possibly sue for "possible breach of contract". 

"It holds as much water as a six-inch pail with a nine-inch hole," Heller said.
