It’s official – John & Kate to end nups on Monday.
The source told Radar that Kate has already met with a divorce lawyer and the couple had agreed to separate July 15.
Recently they spent their Tenth Anniversary apart – he with another she and she with another he -as The Enquirer reported previously (see below).
