JON & KATE & COURT BATTLE

Warring Gosselins square off in court for He Said/She Said rip-off smackdown!

Hawaiian Eye for the Ladies and the Octo-Martyr Mom aka the stars of  Jon & Kate Plus 8 arrived separately Tuesday morning at the Montgomery County courthouse in Norristown, Penn., where Judge Arthur Tilson ordered the dyspeptic duo to return all monies withdrawn from their mutual bank account.

Kate remained mum when asked if she could provide hard copy on paper that Jon had hacked into her account and withdrew over $230,000 for their joint account, leaving her with $1,346.

As a result of THAT claim Kate asked for child and spousal support.

Meanwhile Jon denied the withdrawals  and demanded his wife give reason why she withdrew more than  $60,000 of her own.

Judge Tilson instructed the feudin' octo-couple to stop blasting each other in the media to keep their divorce "private and amicable" for the sake of their children.

Good luck with THAT as the next court hearing on October 26 will be made public.
