JON & HAILEY PEACE TALKS

After days of back-and-forth mudslinging, Jon Gosselin and Hailey Glassman (and their lawyers!) will try to work out their issues privately.

Hailey's attorney Stephanie Ovadia told RadarOnlline.com exclusively: "Hailey, Jon, myself and Mr. Heller (Jon's attorney, Mark Heller) have decided to privately sit down at the table and discuss the matter. We are going to discuss a resolution."

Earlier in the week Jon accused Hailey of ransacking his apartment. Then Hailey filed a harassment complaint with the NYPD claiming Jon pushed her against a wall and verbally abused her on Dec. 20 after seeing a photo of her with another man.

Jon allegedly pushed Hailey in their Manhattan apartment because he was jealous over a picture taken of Hailey kissing boxing promoter Damon Feldman, a source told The New York Post.

Jon's attorney denies his client harassed Hailey. "Jon is a lover, not a fighter...He's been rumored to steal a kiss here and there, but he has never been accused of landing a sucker punch."
