Following Kate’s very public meltdown over the cancelled Kate Plus 8 she told the world, she was “freaking out” about not having a job to provide for her octos.
"Reality TV is not a career," Jon said. "Get back to a normal life – a simple life."
Jon says he still provides child support and isn’t “worried”.
As The ENQUIRER previously reported after his 2009 divorce and wild media ride, Jon settled down and is working a steady gig as a computer tech engineer – a far cry from the headline making Hawaiian Eye for the Ladies Ed Hardy wearing Jon of yore.
“Things will work out the way they should work out," he said. "Obviously, there are families out there that have several kids – people work normal jobs, and things work out."
Not if you’re a media diva spoiled by a nation’s once undivided attention.
