JON GO$$ELIN CRIMINAL INTENT

LATEST:  The judge in the Kate Gosselin vs. Jon Gosselin divorce will hold a conference call between the battling lawyers and there may be an order forcing Jon to return several hundred thousand dollars back to their joint account after Jon secretly cleaned out Kate's checking account, leaving her with a measly $1000! 

RadarOnline.com reports exclusively that Jon has violated an arbitrator's rules and pulled hundreds of thousands of dollars out of his joint account with Kate, leaving her with only $1,000.

Kate discovered Jon's actions through overdraft notices.

After appearing repentant on Larry King last week with lawyer Mark Heller, Jon said he had an epiphany, adding: "I want Kate and I to mediate. I want us to become friends."

But within hours of uttering those words, Jon was withdrawing several hundred thousand dollars from his joint bank account with Kate without her knowledge.

After discovering Jon's five-fingered duplicity had happened, Kate hired celeb gun-for-hire high powered lawyer, Marty Singer, who is requesting a judge to hold Jon in contempt of court for emptying out a reported $200,000 from their account.

"If the money is not immediately returned, we will be looking into potential claims against Mr. Heller if he had any involvement with the violation of the court order," said Singer.

"It is very disappointing that Jon Gosselin has escalated this to such an ugly place that her lawyers have to do everything they can to protect her and her children from his outrageous actions."
