Johnny Depp’s ongoing $25 million lawsuit against his ex-managers may hinge on a former employee of the firm’s testimony being allowed into court!

The “Pirates Of The Caribbean” star filed a motion formally asking the judge to unseal testimony from a former TMG account supervisor who can attest to the company’s gross misconduct.

The actor claims that Joel and Robert Mandel of TMG (The Management Group), his former business managers, breached their fiduciary duty and were negligent in paying his taxes on time — causing him to rack up a whopping $5.6 million bill in federal tax penalties with interest!

Depp alleges the Company, to whom he paid $28 million in fees for their services, retaliated by launching a global smear campaign against him in the media — as well as loaning millions of his money to others without permission and failing to keep organized records of his finances.

His ex-managers claim the star, who is $40 million in debt, was warned by them against overspending to fund his luxurious lifestyle.

Depp believes the testimony from the former TMG employee, who personally worked on his accounts, can corroborate his allegations against the company that could tip the scales of justice in his favor!

The mystery employee was allegedly fired from the company for complaining about their mismanagement, and claims she has all the dirt on them to prove it — and destroy their reputation in hollywood!

Depp is demanding the judge allow her testimony to be introduced into court as evidence in the lawsuit against TMG, who deny any wrongdoing.
