Monroe County, Indiana court records show Hud f Bloomington was charged July 10 with a fresh count of illegal alcohol consumption – a misdemeanor, AP reported
Prosecutors are now saying that Mellencamp's bond be revoked from his 2013 arrest. As The ENQUIRER previously reported Hud and his younger brother, Speck, were facing felony battery charges that they punched and kicked a 19-year-old.
The Mellencamp Bros. told cops they their alleged beat down vic had smacked Speck earlier that night, prompting their supposed pugilistic defense.
