60s sex bomb JOEY HEATHERTON smacked with restraining order after feud with neighbor over food blender.
The former Serta sleeper pin-up has been prohibited from going within 20 feet of her upstairs neighbor Chandra Arend.
According to a lawsuit filed by Arend, Heatherton became livid after the high pitched whine of her upstairs neighbor sent her into a tizzy.
According to legal docs, Heatherton allegedly attacked Arend with a high-heeled stiletto in the lobby of the apartment block in Sherman Oaks, California.
It is not Joey's first brush with the law – she was charged with disorderly conduct in 1985 after slapping a clerk at the U.S. Passport Office in New York, and with assault and drug possession in 1986.
The daughterd of WPIX-TV kiddie TV host Ray "The Merry Mailman" Heatherton, Joey first rose to fame in the very late 1950s and early 1960s as a child actress. She appeared on numerous TV shows and specials with Bob Hope, Dean Martin, Tom Jones and was nominated for a Golden Globe in 1964 for "Twilight of Honor". She also appeared in a long-runing series of sexy Serta mattress commercials and posed for Playboy au nautaral (natch).
She later married Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Lance Rentzel but after he was for allegedly exposing himself to a 10-year-old girl, they had a very public, ugly divorce.
Joey was also charged with stabbing her drummer in the hand with a steak knife back in 1986.
