Rascal Flatts guitarist Joe Don Rooney and wife Tiffany Fallon, a former Playmate of the Year, are expecting their first child, due in May. “We are so excited to be adding a new life to our home,” Rooney said in a statement. Added Fallon, “We cannot wait to become parents and cannot believe this time next year, we will be celebrating Christmas with a child!”
