LATEST UPDATE: Judge grants order to stop distribution of the Jennifer Lopez naughty home video.

Jennifer Lopez
sues ex-hubby Ojai Noi to stop release of naughty home vid.

As THE ENQUIRER reported last week the sultry singer’s hopping mad over ex Ojai Noi’s purported release and marketing attempt of sexy videos made during their short lived marriage which include footage of  J. Lo "in revealing lack of clothing, and in sexual situations, especially in the hotel room footage from … [their] honeymoon."

In the suir Lopez claims Noa and filmmaker Ed Meyer are violating an injunction she won when Noa tried to publish a book about their marriage.

La  Lopez; hit the ceiling when she learned filmmaker Meyer blew off her lawyer’s complaints in an email, writing, "I don’t even need to litigate this in the court system, as I can litigate it in the media."

In a complaint filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, Lopez says Noa and Meyer are "producing and marketing for sale a feature film titled How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The JLo and Ojani Noa Story which they describe as Jennifer’s Lopez’s tumultuous first marriage to Cuban immigrant, chef and model Ojani Noa."

The racy footage would be included in that package, the suit charges, when the clips are shown to prospective international buyers at the American Film Market in Santa Monica.

In the suit, Lopez seeks $10 million in damages, plus costs, for invasion of privacy, violation of publicity rights and breach of contract.
