JK8: THE SHOW MUST GO ON

Jon & Kate Plus 8 to resume production after hiatus despite JK nups bust.

The morning after the anticlimatic divorce revelation ep aired TLC said the “reality” show would go on hiatus until August 3

During the down time, "the family will take some time off to regroup and then a modified schedule will be in place to support the family’s transition," TLC stated.

Given the hoopla around Gosselin’s D-Day the overnight ratings nabbed a record 10.6 million viewers  despite a steady drop in ratings since the tab driven 5th season preem – the first to address Jon & Kate & Hate.

"I’m still on the show, but we’ll interview separately," Jon Gosselin said on-camera. "We’ll film different things, me and the kids, her and the kids."

"The show must go on," Kate Gosselin added.

Jon also took a swipe at the paps camped outside the Gosselin family compound, "We have soldiers dying in Iraq, and all these people care about is what I had for lunch."
