Johnson, a Yale alum, left the two year business program at University of Pennsylvania’s posh Wharton school to stay close to love Simpson in Tinsel Town.
According to reports, Johnson split from his wife Keri earlier this year.
The two love birds were previously caught sucking face by paps on a yacht celebrating Jessica’s 30th birthday in Capri.
