After lashing out at her sister for getting a nose job, Jessica Simpson has shocked pals by declaring she wants “a new nose for summer!”
“It’s ironic Jess wants to do this after being so tough on Ashlee when she had her nose fixed,” an insider exclusively told The National ENQUIRER.
Rumors flew that Jessica had her sniffer reshaped in 2011. But she’s always denied having cosmetic surgery, except for lip plumpers.
“Jess was very much against it, and said it was something she’d never consider in a million years,” a pal said.
But the svelte mother of two, 34, wants the perfect profile to match her rocking body, according to insiders.
“Jess really wants to up her sex appeal and her nose is her next project,” the friend said.
“She’s always had a minor hang-up about its shape. She wants to narrow down the bridge and lift the tip so it’s not so flat in photos.”
Jess has been trying to reclaim her sexy image since marrying baby daddy Eric Johnson, a retired NFL tight end, in July 2014, insiders revealed.
Jessica also has professional reasons for her nasal makeover, insiders added.
“She wants to return to singing, and she knows there’s a lot of competition out there,” said a friend. “Jessica’s been inspired by J.Lo, who proves there’s a place for moms in music.
“But she thinks the shape of her nose has changed since she had her kids. She wants a smaller, more youthful nose to take to the stage!”
